C&P ImmoApp: Smart overview of all real estate properties
C&P Immobilien AG develops, sells and manages real estate properties for investors in Austria, Germany and Dubai. C&P Immobilien decided to develop the C&P ImmoApp to offer their customers a centrally managed service that is accessible from anywhere and at all times.
Task
The management of real estate means an enormous amount of documentation. A digital solution should gather most of that documentation and in doing so make it easier for customers to access their real estate data.

The problem
Lots of input – meaningful output: Large amounts of data can only make sense to the user if they are prepared in a meaningful way. The complexity of the project was mainly in finding out which data sets from various sources can be combined within the app in the best possible fashion in order to launch a successful product, with the focus on usability, aesthetics or data visualization, as well as push notifications.
The solution
The bilingual C&P ImmoApp provides an overview of the real estate portfolio, provides information on the current real estate valuation, key figures and their development. Investors can view their rental income at any time and have access to target/actual comparisons: rental income, vacancy, renovation & administration. Other functionalities include reports, documents and statements, and the personal advisor can also be contacted directly via the app.
Conclusion
The C&P ImmoApp is an exclusive service for their customers and provides all information, key figures and performance for investment properties at any time anywhere. It helps investors to keep track and takes real estate management to a new digital level.
